Project Coordinator - Event Production
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in the Nashville Metro area. The ideal candidate will have live event production or event planning experience and strong skills with project development and progress oversight. This candidate will be expected to work alongside Project Managers to make sure each event and experience is executed and fulfilled to the highest customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
This position is an opportunity with significant growth potential within Imagine’s production team. You will work on multiple events and priorities simultaneously, communicating regularly with Project Managers on outstanding daily/weekly tasks, coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring events remain within scope, schedule and budgets. You will track project progress with Project Managers and when necessary, adapt timelines, and costs to assist the project completion. You will manage Fulfillment and Execution administrative documents and event templates. Our fast-paced competitive work environment requires an organized, energetic, and self-directed professional able to handle multiple tasks effectively with occasional night and weekend work hours depending on event assignment. This position requires domestic and international travel at times depending on event assignment. The project coordinator reports directly to the Director of Production.

Junior Staff Accountant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant to join our team in the Nashville Metro area. The ideal candidate will have general accounting experience in addition to administrative skills to support the finance team with a variety of day-to-day tasks.
Job Description:
As a Junior Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance department by performing a variety of accounting tasks. You will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting, reconciling accounts, reconciling event budgets, preparing journal entries, and analyzing financial data. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Staff Accountant reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Compensation:
The starting annual base salary for the position is $55,000 to $65,000. Full benefits including a 401(k) plan, health insurance, a remote work schedule, and other benefits are available.
