POPUP DINNER
Our client was looking for an incredible and engaging event to support their efforts at a conference they had a large presence at. Their team was exhibiting and an executive was presenting, and the conference attendees were littered with their clients and prospects.
EXCLUSIVE VENUE
They wanted an event that was off site but not more than 15 minutes from the conference, and an environment that was conducive to interacting. Their challenges included chasing invitees and ensuring those that gave their RSVP would attend.
INVITE ONLY
Desert Oasis was created, an exclusive, invite-only evening hosted at a beautiful, Bali-inspired estate in Palm Desert. Sprinters shuttled the guests, arriving to signature cocktails passed around by Balinesian servers.
MAKING NEW FRIENDS
A DJ played groovy music while the fires at the ends of the 100,000 gallon pool lit up the night sky. Branded golf balls were available for the putting green that encircled the estate, and guests settled in for a fun night with colleagues and new friends.
CELEBRITY CHEF
Dinner was crafted by a local celebrity chef known for his over-the-top presentations, and mixologists kept the guests wowed with their creations.
TALK OF THE CONFERENCE
The packed house was at capacity, the vibe was fun and relaxed, and the guests were buzzing about their memorable night for the remainder of the conference.
